Planned and led statewide “Regional Youth Arts Camp” project in 2020 to connect young artists across SA
Worked to produce numerous youth-led films, including one finalist in the 2021 Adelaide Film Festival
Created animations and production design elements for numerous projects including films and immersive theatre experiences.
Coordinated multiple youth-led projects from community performance pieces to interactive film productions
Initiated a youth leadership plan that has seen more local young artists receive paid work and professional development
Directed the company through the 2020 pandemic shutdowns by digitising the entire program, leading to continued financial stability and growth despite industry turmoil.
Supported the establishment of Kanga Gym and Whyalla Youth Group programs, providing further arts opportunities for youth and drastically increasing artistic performance indicators
Led company to increased membership and program attendance in 2021, exceeding 2019 figures in membership, attendances, workshops run and public outcomes delivered
Fostered growth of the company as a community organisation, extending the reach of programs to a wider audience of ages and to young people outside of Whyalla in the surrounding region.
